Sorry, Your Document Doesn’t Grant you Authority over Others

How is this different than any other document that claims the right to give authority of some humans over the others?
The superstition is that certain documents are special because they are magically created by “consent of the governed” this is a lie. The governed have very little do to with the people and laws that rule them.
Take the US for example. Most laws governing us are not passed by elected representatives but created in the form of regulations by unelected bureaucrats. In the rare cases where laws are actually passed by those we elect, they are driven by special interests.
